Most known for our Elite Baseball Performance Program to over 25 major leaguers, 11 clients drafted in the first-round, and countless college & high school players, Rapid has made their mark as the “go-to” training facility of the who’s who of baseball players in the metro Atlanta area.   Our track record continues to build momentum as longtime clients Clarke Schmidt & Drew Waters were drafted in the 1st & 2nd round, respectively, of the 2017 MLB Amateur Draft and Six year client and Rockies’ centerfielder, Charlie Blackmon, on his way to a 2nd All-Star appearance.  If you think that’s impressive, we have 4 projected first-rounders for next year's 2018 MLB Draft!  

Enough baseball talk, you get the picture.  What we need everyone to understand is that we train ALL SPORTS.   Our most notable non-baseball clients are Mark Bloom of Atlanta United, Pittsburgh Steelers’ William Gay, Miami Dolphins Senorise Perry, and we even have Hunger Games 2 & 3 stuntwoman, Jessica Meredith, training with us!  Beyond those athletes, we have over 10 Division-1 soccer players and more than 5 Division-1 softball players working with us.   My point is merely this.  Whether it’s soccer, football, softball, basketball, lacrosse, or whatever sport, Rapid’s training approach is customized to their sport and, often times, their position.  Our movement assessment will be similar in nature across all sports because quality movement is needed for all athletes to minimize compensations and reduce the likelihood for injury.  However, from a training standpoint, we will take into consideration the physical and cardio respiratory demands of that sport and customize a training program to meet those demands.
