Team Performance Training

The most popular of our programs - team training achieves two things: a faster, stronger team coupled with better team chemistry. With Rapid’s unique training system, there is no standing around. Athlete’s work on sport specific drills that combine power, speed/agility, strength and injury preventive exercises. This program’s main emphasis includes:
  • Performance evaluation (pre and post)
  • Sport specific speed and agility training
  • Core and leg strength/power training.

 

Small Group Speed/Agility Performance Training

Typically a 2-4 athlete group - this smaller trainer to client ratio group program is designed to hone in on the sport specific needs of the athlete. A thorough speed/agility/strength training program designed for the demands of their sport will bring their game to new levels. This program includes:

  • Nutritional education
  • Performance evaluation (pre and post)
  • Stability/Strength/Power training
  • Sport specific speed & agility training
  • Sport specific prehab

 

Personal Performance Training

A highly customized program designed to meet the athlete's needs and goals. This program brings training to the next level by tailoring the program to the athlete, his sport, and his position. This program will draw from the following:

  • Functional MovementScreening (FMS) & Corrective exercise program performed by Starting Block Sports Medicine (additional one time cost) (click here to learn more about the FMS)
  • Nutritional education
  • Performance evaluation (pre and post)
  • Sport specific stability, strength, and power training
