With nearly 4000 sf of turf area, Rapid has the capability of utilizing unlimited performance training methods. Our layout is designed to effectively train teams or groups of up to 30 players. The equipment that makes up Rapid is far from what you see at your “typical” training spot. Because we are specialized, equipment such as the Powerplate, Vertimax, Keiser Functional Trainer, Inertial Impulse Trainers, and numerous speed and agility equipment are used.
